. This is an inspection in response to a request for service to investigate a tack in food. On-site spoke to the PIC, Eliezer Lopez, regarding the complaint. The source of the tack was identified as a cork board between the back of house and the cook-line. PIC has retrained employees in proper food handling practices. No violations were observed during the time of the inspection. |
